- This arrangement has front and back, which means we focus and put more flowers in the front and the backside will have a cover of a hatbox. If you are looking for all around arrangement, please chose Deluxe or Premium, and leave a note for florists.
- The box is made with cardboard so it will need a extra care when you add water. If you are worried about it, please leave a note for florists to substitute with other vase such as clear glass vase or ceramic vase. We will substitute without any extra charge. However, the height of the arrangement may differ than the picture shown since the vases are usually shorter than the box in the picture.

I had an extremely positive experience with Sylvan Grace Florist. I called to check on an order because it hadn't been delivered yet and discovered that it wasn't supposed to go out until the next day. I was very disappointed. It was nearly 4pm. The person who answered the phone was very accommodating and said that they would make sure it was delivered the same day, without me even asking if it was possible. The flowers arrived and my friend loved them. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent customer service!

My husband usually orders flowers here for me. This was the first time we ordered the flowers for Mother's Day without picking it out at the store. We had to trust the picture matched the quality...AND IT DID! My mom was super impressed with the assortment. Thank you so much Sylvan Grace!
