Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I called from out of state to send a Christmas bouquet to a friend. Sylvan Grace called me immediately to discuss substitutions, because it was Christmas and they were out of pink roses. I explained that my friend's living room was pink and green and that red roses would not work. They accommodated with a beautiful arrangement of pink, mauve, cream, etc. and very Christmas-y ornaments, which perfectly matched my friend's living room and delivered on time for her Christmas dinner party. Thumbs up and five stars!
