- This arrangement has front and back, which means we focus and put more flowers in the front and the backside will have a cover of a hatbox. If you are looking for all around arrangement, please chose deluxe and leave a note for florists.
- The box is made with cardboard so it will need a extra care when you add water.
* If you are worried about it, please leave a note for florists to substitute with other vase such as clear glass vase or ceramic vase. We will substitute without any extra charge.

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas.
In this event, we will substitute with a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
